On the weekend of September 23rd our church family will embark on what I believe could be the most significant period of personal spiritual growth in our history: 40 Days of Purpose.

This theme of God's purposes for of us is the personal life message of Rick Warren. It is what God has called him to share. We want everyone to know God's 5 purposes for their lives. I don't know a subject more important than answering the question “What On Earth Am I here for?”

Rick Warren wrote the book, The Purpose Driven Life as a summary of everything he knows about the Christian life after walking with the Lord for over 40 years. It is composed of 40 short chapters that we will read together daily during 40 Days of Purpose. Many other churches have already ordered copies of this for their members to read, and we are going to have these available for half price at only £4 each.*

The events of these 40 Days will give us opportunities to commit to habits of spiritual growth, memorize scripture, participate in a small group fellowship, serve in a ministry in our church, share our faith, and learn to live a lifestyle of worship to the glory of God. We are excited as we envision our entire congregation living in alignment with God’s purposes for their lives, and the impact this could have on our church and our community
