Church
of The Vine as it was known in the
beginning was started by John and Sally Berriman who were prompted by God
to start a Spirit filled charasmatic church to serve the people of St Ives.
The
Fellowship first started meeting in the Autumn
of 1998 at Carne Farm, Nancledra.
Soon as a growing group the Church moved to the Treloyhan
Manor in St.Ives, before moving to The Upper room above The Stennack Surgery
and then to the St Ives Junior School.
Until recently the Church has been leased a unit on the Penbeagle Industrial
Estate
to establish
the vision further to serve the community more effectively, as a meeting
placing and a base for Youth Ministries and The Storehouse Project.
The Vine now meets on Sundays mornings at St Ives Infants School and
Sunday evenings at Hellisvear Chapel, with other meetings throughout
