John and Sally Berriman had been leaders of The Vine since November 1999. They left the fellowship on the 15th March 2009 to enter a new phase in their life and ministry. They will be greatly missed. The Vine is currently being led by the Pastor Chris Wallis and Elder John Hammond with their wives, supported by the operational team (deaconate). Their pictures are shown above along with the key areas they have oversight of.

We have a vision for the leadership team to grow based on a 1,3,12,70 model depicted in the picture below. Essentially through effective discipleship all becoming involved in leadership to some degree.

We have a vision to see the people of St Ives and surrounding area become aware of God's presence in their lives, and eventually to know Jesus. The leaders are working together to help people reach their full potential and use their talents and to see the Kingdom of God increased.
