All for the ONE and The ONE for us all . . . To know Christ and to make Him known
About Us
Vision & Mission of The Vine

Mission

We are called to make Jesus famous in this area of St Ives and Penwith. Simply put "To know Christ and make Him known"

We are disciples(learners) actively discipling(teaching) one another, growing in the fulness of knowledge and experience of Christ. We are committed to bringing hope and healing to a hurting and dying world by sharing our experiences of Christ's healing and transforming power at work in our personal lives. We are determined to be, wherever we meet, a place of refreshment. (The name Elim means A Place of Refreshing)

Short Term (and consistent) Vision (next 18 months)
To provide a style of church which will attract a younger generation
To be a type of service that the unchurched can enter, be welcomed, feel at home, and find answers to the questions they have about God
To help members grow by being rooted in the Word of God
To encourage members to live life with a different perspective because of Jesus' presence with us.
To become a House of Prayer for the nation, actively soaking in Gods presence, hearing His plans and calling them into being, and doing our part to fulfil His plan
To bring reconciliation of man to man, and man to God by proclaiming the gospel, and discipling (teaching) all to follow His ways
To bring healing and freedom to all lifes hurts, hang ups and habits by providing a Christ centered Recovery Program
