The project is managed by Colin Aubrey and operated by volunteers, it is funded primarily by the church, with welcome donations from furniture recipients and a small charge to collect unwanted furniture. The running costs include the hire of a warehouse unit at Halsetown and the operating costs of the vehicle used to collect and deliver furniture.

Furniture is available to anyone wishing to come to the Storehouse between 10:30 and 12 pm on Saturdays. The Storehouse unit is at The Mushroom Farm, Halsetown.

Please come prepared to make a donation. Suggested minimum £5.

We cannot always take your furniture because of our limited warehouse facility and dependant upon levels of demand. We also only take furniture which is in good repair and would be welcomed by someone in need.

We charge for collection £5 in St Ives and £10 for upto a 5 mile radius of St Ives. This is less than it would cost you to have the items taken by the council.
