The Mustard Tree
The Mustard Tree is a quality guesthouse is situated in Carbis Bay overlooking the St Ives bay area and Godrevy Lighthouse. It has a delightful garden and free private parking.
We pride ourselves in providing good quality B&B service all year round, providing an ideal base for holidays and short breaks in St Ives bay. Outside of the main holiday seasons the guesthouse is available for group retreats.
The Mustard tree is ideal for Christian retreats, such as a home group away weekend, ALPHA group away weekends etc. The lounge is large and can be used as a meeting place and the plasma screen can be used for DVD, video and PC laptop presentations The seven bedroom arrangements can be flexible. Keyboards (+musician if required) are available for worship.
The Mustard Tree is available for retreats in off peak season i.e. not in June to September or bank holiday weekends. Typical cost for a full board weekend, from Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch is £115 per person. For details of planned weekends please contact us for further information
Hebron retreat has been established to provide a place to stay for those who are seeking God and need time to pray and find answers away from their normal life.
Hebron retreat is not a business and is not seeking profit. We have a recommended minimum donation to stay with us though as we do need to cover the basics of Gas, Electric, Water and general caravan maintanence.
Hebron: Has a minimum recommended donation of £60 for a week stay.
Caleb: Has a minimum recommended donation of £120 for a week stay.
It may be that you or someone you know really needs a break, but do not have finances to cover. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in such circumstances and we will be happy to discuss this with you. If you want to make a donation to bless someone else to stay then please let us know who and we can send them an invitation to come and stay.
We do not expect you to spend all your time in the House of Prayer whilst you are with us, as there are some lovely local places to visit, but we would recommend spending at least a couple of hours a day or as much as you feel. The House of prayer can sometimes be booked for group meetings or by individuals, if you would like to know what is going on whilst you are staying please ask for more details.
Mermaid House, built on the former site of Mermaid Fisheries, is a most impressive property. Split into two apartments, apartment 1 is available for holiday lets.
Within walking distance of the historic cobbled centre of St Ives and all its amenities, Mermaid House boasts 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 6), 3 parking spaces, and a private enclosed garden with views towards Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle. A Co-op supermarket is a short walk away, as is the leisure centre, fish and chip shop, the cinema and theatre.
